Sudan’s paramilitary group agrees on truce amid accusations of war crimes

Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, at war with the regular army for more than two years, say they have agreed to a proposal for a humanitarian truce put forward by Emirat, Saudi, Egyptian and US mediators. Two days earlier the Sudanese army had rejected the truce, putting forth its own plan to create a humanitarian corridor.
