Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, the head of Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), admitted on Sunday that the armed group had pulled out of the capital Khartoum. The nation’s army is continuing to consolidate its gains in the country’s capital area, seizing a major market in the city of Omdurman on Saturday.
