The latest episode of The Valley got intense, as Janet Caperna made a very serious accusation about her co-star Danny Booko.
Fans know the actor is in the hot seat this season due to his inappropriate behavior toward Jasmine Goode and her fiancée, Melissa Carelli, off camera. According to Jason Caperna, Danny had way too much to drink and crossed a massive line with the two women during a Halloween party. He recalled:
“Not too long ago, Jasmine was in a situation where Danny was blackout drunk and was really inappropriate. Danny approached Jasmine, put his hand on her thigh and said, ‘Get daddy a drink,’ referring to himself as ‘daddy.’ And then when she went to go get ‘daddy’ and some other people a drink as well, he approached Jasmine’s girlfriend Melissa and grabbed her butt.”
WTF!
The three later sat down and talked about the situation, during which Danny apologized to Jasmine and Melissa. The couple accepted, and they all moved on as friends. It is the end of the story, right? You would think, but no, only the beginning.
During the new episode of The Valley on Tuesday, the cast celebrated Kristen Doute’s engagement to Luke Broderick with a boat ride. However, it was anything but a celebratory cruise! Instead, the whole thing became a complete nightmare, all because Janet brought up Danny’s inappropriate actions again and accused him of sexual assault! Here is what happened!

Viewers know that Kristen and Janet do not get along. In fact, they absolutely hate each other. But they wanted to talk and try to bury the hatchet during the Vanderpump Rules alum’s engagement party, which ended up being a horrible idea. During the chat, Danny and his wife Nia Sanchez came up when Janet said:
“[Did I] attack Danny and Nia or I said out loud what Danny did what he did? I said out loud, ‘Yes, he sexually assaulted Jasmine and Michelle.’”
Michelle? We are pretty sure she meant to say Melissa, unless there is more to the story. Hopefully not. The situation is already bad enough.
However, Kristen did not like Janet’s choice of words. She went berserk and walked away from the conversation, heading straight to inform Danny and Nia of the accusation. The second the two hear of Janet’s claims, they’re upset too. Nia goes off in a confessional, saying:
“Honestly, it’s absolutely terrible, and I don’t think anyone should be using those words unless it’s the person involved. Janet wasn’t there. It has nothing to do with her.”
For his part, Danny is sick of the incident being brought up:
“How many times have I owned up for it? You can’t just keep bringing it up like that.”
Kristen said calling the incident “sexual assault” was a “new low” for Janet, adding:
“How dare she say those words about Danny. She’s crossed a f**king line. It’s actual slander. It’s actual defamation. She’s attempting to ruin someone’s life that doesn’t deserve it.”
Umm, Danny is the one who crossed the line when he grabbed a woman’s butt without her consent. What he did was wrong. There are no excuses. There is no defending him. Even Jasmine pointed out she was “not wrong when she says it was SA” during the aftershow — though she wished Janet let her speak about the incident more herself if she chose to.
Janet stood her ground, though. She doubled down on her claims on the episode, noting that she fully understands what the legal definition of sexual assault is because her husband is an attorney:
“Unfortunately, for Danny, the definition of what he did is sexual assault. I’m sorry that he did that but I’m not going to be painted as the bad guy for talking about something that happened. That’s bulls**t.”
Janet added while talking to Danny and Nia:
“I used the definition of what happened that night, and I’m sorry that I had to do that.”
What a mess…
