Ibrahim Lwingi lost many family members to HIV/AIDS and says he likely would’ve been next without prevention meds from Nairobi clinics operated by the University of Manitoba since the 1980s. The program is set to lose U.S. funding by the end of the month, and both staff and patients are worried about what’s next.
