Wow! We’re sure plenty of Tayvis fans have been wondering what the heck Travis Kelce was waiting on so long! But the all-pro tight end hasn’t been waiting all this time – proposing to Taylor Swift has been in the works for months now!
Comedian Andrew Santino was a guest on Friday’s Pardon My Take podcast, and the hosts grilled him on what he knew about his pal’s engagement. They said they knew he FaceTimed the NFL star “the day it was announced.”

The Ricky Stanicky star corrected them, saying the actual event had “happened much earlier.” When they wanted to know when he knew, Santino spilled:
“Him and I spoke when I had last saw him, and he had said he was wanting to do it. We had golfed together in like April or May, and yeah, he said he was doing it.”
Innerestingly, we already knew about that golf outing — we’re pretty sure he’s talking about the 2025 8AM Golf Invitational from late April. In fact, we have video of it! That’s thanks to their other golf buddy who was with them: Justin Timberlake. The Cry Me A River singer actually posted a video of the trio lip-syncing and dancing together!

Wait, wait, wait… Are these bros doing a dance of joy? Are they just that excited after Trav told them the monumental news?! That would be wild if the context for such a silly vid was something so important… But it seems unlikely considering how Santino painted his reaction to the bombshell:
“He didn’t say when… I don’t pry.”
Santino went on to explain that’s just how the dudes do it.
“He brought something up about it, and I never asked again. I don’t know, dude, I’m not saying I don’t care, but I’m not- I’m stoked, I hope it’s awesome, but I’m not gonna be like, ‘What day? When are you doing it? What’s going on?’”
