Culture Editor Eve Jackson looks back on the career of the prolific star Michael Madsen, best known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino’s “Reservoir Dogs”, “Kill Bill: Vol. 2”, “The Hateful Eight” and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”.
