Ukraine captured two Chinese nationals fighting with Russian forces in the eastern Ukrainian region of Donetsk, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday. Ukraine summoned the top Chinese diplomat in Kyiv and said the capture throws Beijing’s stated neutrality in the war into question.
