The area around the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy was hit by Russian missiles on Monday evening, following a previous airstrike that killed 35 people. In the latest attacks, at least fifty buildings were damaged. Ukrainians there claim that efforts to pursue a ceasefire are failing under the Trump administration and that the world must respond in the strongest possible way. Gulliver Cragg reports.
