US President criticises Zelensky’s approach to peace talks in Ukraine

On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump criticised Volodymyr Zelensky, accusing the Ukrainian president’s rejection of Russian control over Crimea of obstructing efforts to end the war. Amid the exchange of accusations, Ukrainian authorities issued a warning about an “enemy missile” strike targeting Kyiv, as explosions echoed throughout the capital.
