“It takes a village!” And it takes a vegetable garden! François Picard’s guest Henri Landes, Co-Founder of LanDestini, says it’s absolutely “fundamental” for kids, especially in urban areas, to learn where food, fruits and vegetables come from. And so, in the spirit of “reconnecting with nature, and our health”, Mr. Landes created the Vegetable Garden World Cup to challenge young people across the globe to build lush fruit and vegetable gardens, where they can have a lot of fun planting veritable seeds for the future and meet people all over the world. It’s a discovery of the senses, nature, health and nutrition. Field of dreams: “If you build it, they will come!”
