The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a controversial aid group, has begun operations in Gaza. It is backed by Israel and uses U.S. contractors for security, but the U.N. and other critics say the group could lead to the displacement of even more Palestinians. CBS News’ Debora Patta reports.
