Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann overstayed their welcome at their Georgia mansion!
Back in February, news broke that the estranged couple finally sold their home more than a year after putting it on the market amid their extremely contentious divorce. The place went for $2.75 million — a massive price cut from the original $6 million they asked for! While we thought the sale of their home would mark the end of the saga, we were wrong! It turns out Kim and Kroy didn’t move out of the residence in a timely manner, so they were forcibly removed… by the US Marshals! WHAT!

According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday, the new owners started the process of legally removing Kim and Kroy from the mansion last December. However, they ran into some issues. The owners claimed the former Don’t Be Tardy stars held “the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them.”
They further alleged Kim and Kroy were already served papers for the “proceeding against a tenant holding over.” But when the first filings were ignored by the two, four US Marshals intervened and kicked them out of the home on April 8. The court docs noted the deputy marshals “ejected” the television personalities from 3:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
