The World Expo 2025, or Universal exhibition, is currently underway in Osaka, Japan. Some 28 million visitors are expected at the event, which is a chance for countries around the world to promote themselves and their products. The French pavilion is always a major feature of these fairs, since France has so much to offer. This year, one of the star attractions of the French pavilion will be Les Vins d’Alsace, or wines from the Alsace region. We speak to Philippe Bouvet, the marketing director of CIVA, an organisation that represents those working in the Alsace wine sector.
