Young soldiers freed in Russia-Ukraine exchange, but many still missing

This Monday, following a delay over the weekend, the large-scale prisoner of war exchange agreed upon by Russia and Ukraine last week in Istanbul began to take place. Approximately fifty soldiers, all aged 25 and under, were released.
